LEGO Modular Manor Townhouse

The LEGO Custom Modular Manor Townhouse built on a 16 x 32 studs Baseplate is a fully tiled and furnished three storey building mixing Sand Green, Light Bluish Gray and Black colors. Some Sand Green parts can be expensive but we uniquely used 1x1, 1x2 and 1x4 bricks that are much more affordable The basement hosts an open kitchen with a bar and a living room with sofa and armchair. A back door opens on the back garden and a staircase gives access to the first floor. The first floor hosts a bedroom with a bathroom with shower and wc separated from the staircase that gives access to the upper floor. The second floor hosts a bedroom with a desk recess. The roof top an be accesssed through the turret by a folding ladder.
