The Custom LEGO Modular Republic Avenue Mansion House is an elegant fully tiled and furnished four storey Bourgeois house freely inspired from some Parisian "Hotels Particuliers" built on a 32 x 32 studs Baseplate.

It comes with a 200 pages step-by-step building instruction booklet in pdf format and amounts to a grand total of 2725 or 1766 LEGO parts, whether in its complete or untiled-unfurnished version. The ground floor is independent from the upper floors and rented as a student apartment with a living room with fireplace, an open kitchen with bar, and a bedroom with a bathroom corner (toilet sink and shower). The three upper floors are interconnected. The first floor is reached through the front outdoor staircase and hosts an entrance lobby with stairs reaching the upper floor, a large living room with two sofas, and an open kitchen. The second floor hosts the master bedroom with a bathroom equipped with toilets, a sink and a shower. The attic with its typical frontispiece hosts a large open space with two beds and a living room corner.
