The Custom LEGO Modular Victorian Moka House built on a 16 x 32 studs Baseplate is a fully tiled and furnished four storey building inspired from richly colored and decorated Californian Victorian houses. The basement hosts a garage with a garage door that can be locked open and a storage room. The ground stairs give access to the three storey apartment on the upper floors. The first floor hosts a living room separated from the dining room by a bookcase and a fully equiped (sink, oven, cooking plan, fridge) open kitchen. The second floor hosts a master bedroom with a separate toilet and shower and a small living room. The roof floor hosts a bedroom, a small living room with two armchairs (the cat standing on the window is not listed but that will be up to you).
